As per the linked information package, if you are a recognized school, coach, official or athlete of WSWO that holds a valid membership in good standing, you may be eligible to receive funding to support your sport programs. Water Ski Wakeboard Ontario (WSWO) and the Ontario Waterski Team were honoured to welcome Ontario’s Minister of Sport, the Hon. Neil Lumsden, to a recent training session at McClintock’s Water Ski School in Cambridge, ON.
The visit provided an opportunity to showcase the dedication, talent, and hard work of Ontario’s high-performance athletes as they prepare to compete on the national and international stage. We are grateful for the Province of Ontario’s continued investment in amateur sport through the Quest for Gold program, which helps support athlete development and excellence across our sport.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about water skiing in Ontario and to meet the athletes, coaches, and volunteers who make our sport thrive.
